Board of directors will meet every month , first Friday of each month at 7PM, on Zoom or Physical presence depend on situation. General Secretary will announce / post the meeting date and agenda to all CEC members a week before the meeting. At the end of meting GS will issue the minutes of meeting to all CEC members within a week time. In case of emergency, the Chairman can call emergency meeting at any day other than the regular monthly meeting as well. CEC is the supreme executive body which will manage the ACC work and activities.
Patron Chief: This is an honorary position in ACC-CEC and PC will be the head of the Arain Council Canada organization. Advise the ACC and CEC on administrative matters.
PC can attend all CEC meetings but not mandatory. PC will attend ACC annual functions and will give throne speech.
Chairman : will appoint all the CEC members and look after over all the ACC activities.
All the committees such as Welfare Committee, Finance committee, Arbitration Tribunal, Political wing, etc will report to the Chairman and GS will manage and set the meetings time and schedule with the chairman .
ACC central Executive Body:
This body will consists of all members of CEC and office bearers of all regional and city chapters and all committees executives. GS-CEC will call meeting of CEB every three months on last Friday of each quarter at 7PM or time agreed. This body will discuss the ACC issues, program, activities. GS will set the agenda with the consent of Chairman and issue a week before the meeting and at the end of meeting issue the minutes of meeting.
ACC Welfare Committee
This committee will look after all the ACC welfare projects & programs. Meet at
least once a quarter. Committee TL will call the meeting and issue the Minutes of meeting.

This committee will look after the ACC finance issues, fund raising, membership fee collection etc

This wing will look after all political affairs. Community political involvement, candidate nominations, support and advise.

ACC Ladies Club
This club will look after community ladies activities, programs etc.

President will look after all the club activities. Assign duties to other office bearers, Report to Chairman. Submit quarterly club report to CEC-GS. Plan annual ladies functions, gatherings and other kids festivals etc. Call meetings and discuss future plans to keep this club healthy and wealthy.
Vice presidents will assist president in club matters.
GS, SISM, SE, JS SSW will assist president in club management, events , activities and record keeping, social media involvement etc.
President and GS can assign duties of other executive as per need.
Youth Club
This club look after keeping our youth connected with each other and our broader community.

ACC Regional / Cities Units
Vice Chairman (Mudassar Yaqab Ch) and Joint Secretary (Qamar Zia) will look after the site /regional/cities ACC units activities. VC will submit sites activities monthly report to ACC -GS and copy to Chairman. Keep close contact with site office and their activities.
Site president will complete the general body (VP, GS, JS) positions in coordination with VC and JS of CEC. Duties of site president are to look after site offices, add community members in ACC-whatsapp group , local funds generation, manage local community gatherings etc. President will assign duties to other executives as per their need. President will manage at least one meeting on monthly bases or as per their need.
ACC WhatsAPP Committee
This Committee will moderate all Whatsapps communications.

Admin WhatsApp group:
Admin will add the new members in the ACC and notify.
Admin has the right to maintain the discipline with in the group under the ACC protocol and can take disciplinary action, warning or removal, against any member who is violation the protocol and also can get Whats APP committee recommendations to remove any member if required. Whats app committee is also fully authorized to warn any member who violating the protocol and can advise admin for removal of member from the group. GS can fine $ 5 on any political post in the group to any member but after getting the approval and recommendations of the Whatsapp committee.
